"Trilogy Box Set is a limited-edition set of the Ipecac Records trilogy that the band released in 1999. The three albums are presented in picture disc form, with a special gatefold sleeve. With all three albums together, it is easier to link the idea behind each project and see how one fits with another. The Melvins have always been one of the great forward-thinking bands, so it is nice to see that the group has such a strong grasp on what makes a project like this work. This vinyl boxset is still in its original shrinkwrap. The orange Ipecac Records is still intact as well. This piece looks like it has been sitting on a shelf, untouched, since it was released!
