This is a Limited First Edition Melvins record titled Endless Residency 2011 Limited to 520 copies this is number 200. All artwork throughout record set is individually hand pressed silk screened. Black vinyl with silkscreened gatefold covers housed in a silkscreened hand assembled box. Album was recorded live during The Melvins L.A. Spaceland Residency in January 2011

The band writes that the box “has been letterpress printed on an antique press from the 1890s. The press is powered by a treadle and fed by hand. Each individual piece of the package has gone through the press from four to eight times.”

Detailed item description with even the most minor/ microscopic flaws listed:
* Case: brown card board box with peach and maroon art work....Alien head and polka dots.   - The words "ENDLESS RESIDENCY 2011" and "I WAS THERE" on front of box. - "MELVINS" printed on two sides for easy shelf reading. *Case Flaws: several minor creases in cardboard on the front and also a few on the back.   One small scratch in card board under the words "i was there" (the size of a couple pin holes).  One tiny 1/4" hair size  gray line mark at top of alien head. 
ALL OF THESE FLAWS CAME ON THE RECORD WHEN I PURCHASED IT IN "NEW MINT" CONDITION.  i guess some still consider it "mint", but id say its nearly mint.
* Interior of case is spotless.
* Comes with card board card inside that has a printed skull head and reads: LIMITED TO 520 COPIES THIS IS NUMBER *200*.  The "200" is hand written. * Card is spotless.
*First record sleeve: Peach and maroon tree trunks with owl.  Reverse side is basically the same.   Interior left side:  Peach and maroon dinosaur.  Right side: same colors with a deer and clouds.  Record inserts are both plain black.  Records are both black with red, orange and white centers reading: LYSOL EGGNOG. *Sleeve, inserts and records are flawless.
*Second record sleeve: Red and blue tree trunks with owl.  Reverse side is basically the same.  Interior left side: blue and red fire breathing dinosaur.  Right side: same colors with a deer on fire. Record inserts are both plain black.  Records are both black with red, orange and white centers reading: BULLHEAD. *Sleeve, inserts and records are flawless.
*Third record sleeve: Pink and grey city building tops with flying bat.  Reverse side is basically the same. Interior left side: Pink and grey gorilla.  Right side: same colors with a dinosaur on fire. Record inserts are both plain black.  Records are both black with red, orange and white centers reading: STONER WITCH. *Sleeve, inserts and records are flawless.
*Fourth record sleeve: Orange and red city building tops with flying bat.  Reverse side is basically the same. Interior left side: Orange and red fire breathing dinosaur.  Right side: same colors with a gorilla on fire. Record inserts are both plain black.  Records are both black with red, orange and white centers reading: HOUDINI. *Sleeve, inserts and records are flawless.

All records have been played one time each while handled with extreme care.  Other than that the box set was purchased than placed on shelf and never touched.  If records are looked at with a magnifying glass you can make out some very fine lines of imperfections, but i'd say no more than 3-5 max.  
NEAR MINT AND MINT DEFINITIONS:

MINT (M): Perfect! This record looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. It looks as though it had never been handled. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains.

COVER: No stickers address labels, writing on the covers or labels. No tears or seam splits. No wear to the cover or record period! Age of the record has nothing to do with it.

NEAR MINT or NM, M- : this record appears virtually flawless A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play without any noise over the flaw. The flaw is very hard to see.
