Description:

Mega rare original UK pressing of a folk psych album, with female vocals, one of the rarest albums on the Deram label. The sheer quality of their performance on Swaddling Songs makes it perplexing that the band did't get more recognition at the time. Less fragile than Trees and more mystical than Fairport, the sound is full of surprises and the songs are strong. Lyrically much revolves around loneliness, not in a self-pitying way, but rather accepted as one of the facts of life.

record: looks VG with superficially scuffs and slight surface marks all over the record, doesn't have any deep scratches, plays better than it looks, play range VG+ to VG++, most plays VG++  IIII  cover: strong VG++, gatefold, very slight shelf wear and a few slight creasing lines, slight seam- and cornerwear, does have no seamsplits, no tears, no writings  IIII  labels: small name written on both sides of the label
