MEGATON 1971 Deram UK Factory Test Press LP ULTRA RARE!
Label: - DERAM
Catalogue: - SML-R 1086
Details: - This album is seriously rare as a UK 1st press but here we have a Deram UK factory test pressing that would pre-date any 1st pressing! On the back is the factory date stamp of 27 Aug 1971.
Vinyl: - EX++. The gleaming vinyl only has the faintest of sleeve brushings under very bright light. I am not sure if it's even been played. I carfully placed the record on my turntable and played a few seconds of the first track to check nothing was wrong. The sound that came out was like a new record!
Sleeve: - EX++ Great condition, nice shinyl laminate, clean back and a perfect spine
Labels: - Near mint. The labels have only the faintest hint of a mark near the spindle hole but as it's so faint it's very hard to tell if its from a turntable spindle or just a minor blemish.
This record seldom comes up for sale but as a test press...I have never seen another. Dont miss your chance!
