The fee for the Pacific Rim is $7.  The only postal service that seems to be causing a problem is the Royal Mail in the U.K.  Because of this I may start quoting a shipping charge for Express Mail ($33) which can be tracked (I WILL SPLIT THE COST OF THIS WITH THE BUYER).  Insurance and registration seems to cause more delays.
