OK Gang, I will be posting some new photos shortly, one label (in an attempt to clean off the glue remnants on it) has been slightly faded by my hand....I am mortified, but it is not bad at all. I will hope you trust my grading (or read my feedback as a seller, as it is perfect) and this will go to a good home for a FAIR price to me and you......

Perry Cox sold this album (a different set 270551155016) for just over $2,000.00 last week here on Ebay and. This set is very easily worth half that as it is in similar condition (but I am not Perry), if Perry sold it he'd get at least $1,750.00. I mention so that you know I am a serious collector and seller who has extremely solid feedback as a seller of Beatles Artifacts and Albums and I honestly feel that the trust I have built with over 3000 sellers (and one nasty German Guy) shows I do not say a thing is worth more than it is, and it's time that if I sell this, the holy grail....I should get the fair value, I hope you will read my feedback as a seller and see fit to trust my grading...of course everything is fully refundable.
This set is extraordinary....The jacket, on a numerical grade would easily be a 8.7 (read below for condition) and the album is by far the nicest playing LP in this shape that I have ever heard. Perry say's that just under 200,000 copies total of these incorrect label sets got out before the stopped the presses when the lawyers at Capitol said that they were illegal and a suit could result....they stopped the printing within minutes of starting the printing of the STEREO labels as MONO's were always pressed first, as a result only 1 in 10 were known to be stereo (that's approx. 2000 stereo copies). It has the original inner sleeve without splits to any seams and as is required to prove its provenance, it has the RIAA #3 and the perfect Brownish green BEATLES on front.

VINYL is VISUALLY GRADED as NEAR MINT MINUS and is PLAY GRADED as MINT MINUS I award the minus not as a reflection of playback, but more just for the fact that it has been played a lot....while being very well cared for. There are a handful of very fine, ultra shallow hairlines of various lengths. I am stunned to be able to GUARANTEE that during playback there is NO BACKGROUND crackle, sizzle, tics, clicks, sizzle, jumps, pops and certainly not any skips. This LP plays as if it's being played for the first time. I will accept a refund for any reason (this is a first) as this record is the 9.8 M- set you wished to have some day.....YOU WILL NOT REGRET THE BID!! GUARANTEED!
JACKET GRADES as EXCELLENT a couple of corners are very slightly rounded, but no damage to the slick corners, a tight, square fully legible title seam, No ring wear, a bit of wrinkling along the title seam, it has the right colored BEATLES on the banner front, an RIAA#3 and everything else you can think of or read about to be certain of authenticity. The only two downsides are the Price Tag is on th jacket as they did not shrink wrap these albums back in the day. I am actually trying to buy a perfect jacket that is completely applicable to the set as this would make it perfect!
LABELS are in VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS condition due to the residue left behind by heavily glued catalog stickers that I attempted to clean on the advice of an experienced record handler - went a bit wrong so one label now also has a slight touch of fading in the area from 9 to 12, I did extra well lit shots so you can see this is not bad at all and is basically seen but you can still very clearly read everything and it plays so well that it serves ALL the criteria of a fantastic and rare collectible.

Please note that the dead wax surrounding the labels is pristine. This is a solid indication of what the entire surface is like. These last 4 shots were taken in bright daylight (no sun, just light) and they really show how nice this record is, residue, fading or not....it's still a massively rare set that I should hope collector's will bid accordingly for.
