Description
This is a rare, unusual disc from 1979. "Cool", is the best one single word I can use to describe this picture disc. There are 5 tracks on each side. Unfortunately, I do not know any specifics about this record, song titles, artist, album title and music type. I have tried to find out some info about it, but unsuccessful. I have had this since the early 1980s, just as you see it. I got this at a record convention and don't recall seeing this at future events. The disc itself I would grade Near Mint condition. Her face has been printed using prismatic paper. The rest adds more detailed work to complete the image. The disc is heavy, about 2x the thickness of a regular album. The very outer ring of the album has glow in the dark paint. There are also round dots which are also glow in the dark, which they go around the outer part of the album. Finally, the face area, lips and eyes also feature glow in the dark. To get the glow in the dark effect, hold the record up to a light or hold a bright light over it, if its lying stationary. It still lights up after all these years. I checked it out. Stored in my smoke free home. Very neat item to have framed. Its very impressive, better than my photos show. From my smoke free home.
