vinyl: EX/EX- (Vinyl is shiny and beautiful overall! There's just a few very minor surface scuffs/hairlines that do not effect play. Music plays STRONG and LOUD throughout both sides with just a few quiet pops & crackles here and there, but overall the album plays notably clean and clear throughout it's entire length; likely has only been played a few times ever in it's lifetime and plays amazingly clean for such a rare private pressing. Labels look fantastic with no writing or notable wear. REALLY NICE!!!) 

cover: VG+ (Cover is in quite nice shape overall with a bit of visible shelf and ringwear, but nothing at all major, ugly or distracting at all. No writing or seamsplits at all. Quite nice looking copy of this extremely rare private press lp! ALSO INCLUDES ORIGINAL LYRIC INSERT, in wonderful shape as well!) 

This auction is for the VERY RARE 1980 Private Press LP "RAINBOW" by the long running Connecticut Rural Psych outfit MAX CREEK!!! Often described as close in sound to 'American Beauty' or 'Workingman's Dead', it has a groovy Grateful Dead boogie tinged funky psych rock sound with stoned out lyrics. This is the original Wranger Records Label pressing, completely rare and wonderful release by the Hans Pokora approved group. This copy includes the most often lost and forgotten lyric insert, never have seen one included before in the very few copies of this ultra rare record listed!!!
