PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE original Aston Clinton first UK pressing of former Soft Machine mainman Robert Wyatt's short-lived outfit's debut LP from April 14, 1972 on CBS' orange label with boxed logo around the center hole, original company inner sleeve with an assortment of label titles and slightly textured cover!!! LP side 1 is VG+ with a few light scuffs and side 2 is VG++ with even fewer light scuffs. Cover is VG/VG+ with no splits, no seams, no creases or bends and some light ring. For the unfamiliar, Matching Mole was a send-up of the French translation of his former band's name; Machine Molle (Soft Machine).
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
