Rare early 70's straight heavy Afro Funk LP by the respected Kenyan Afro Funk Legends… Borrowing from James Brown and the JB's with tough brass, crisp funky bass and guitar riffs, sax solos and strained throaty vocals. With some trippy elements from the psychedelic music scene. The band earned a reputation as one of the very best pure funk outfits ever to come from outside America. Tracks like “Good Samaritan”, “Talkin, Talkin” are compiled… it’s the rougher sounding US Makossa pressing…
