MATATA - INDEPENDENCE
This is an seldom seen oportunity to buy one of the rarest UK funk LP's on the President record label. Released in 1974, it sounds like top draw James Brown funk but with an afro. edge – produced by Mogotsi andRam John Holder (latterly of Desmonds fame)this record realy rocks.
LABEL : PRESIDENT
CATALOGUE NUMBER : PTLS 1057
RECORD : This record is in very good/very good+ condition with numerous surface scratches on both sides of the record- these do not however significantly affect the audio quality. To view, this ittem is gradded as very good - the audio quality of this record grades as very good +.
LABELS : Both record labels are in excellent to nr. mint mint condition.
SLEEVE : The sleeve is in very good condition with some wear to the corners and and edges of the sleeve and creasing to parts of the sleeve. There is some damage to the back of the sleeve where the removal of a price label has caused a small tear. There is minor ring wear to the back of the sleeve. I have supersized photographs to help acurately identify the sleeve's condition. There are no splits or tears.
SPINE : is in very good + condition with a couple of small creases.
