Condition:

• The picture sleeve is graded VG+  with no split seams, tears, ring wear or other major damage. There is some minor creasing on two corners and very faint writing (a name and number) on the front. The writing has been mostly removed, but it's still possible to see where it was

• The record is graded VG+ to EX with clean labels. I would have graded it EX overall, except for a small audible scratch on the last few seconds of She's My Girl. Otherwise this is a very clean record and plays nice and loud.
