Description

Louis Fremaux conducts the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra in Le Cid ballet music, Scenes Pittoresque and Last Sleep of the Virgin by Massenet, EMI-Columbia Studio 2 Stereo TWO 350 12" 33 RPM UK pressed stereo vinyl LP, TAS listed performance. For reasons unknown TAS never listed this original issue and instead listed the midprice reissue ESD 7040 and an american reissue on the Klavier label. LP visually and partly play graded NM with light evidence of play, flap back cover jacket VG+ with good cover but low left corner crease. Note there are Odeon stickers over the Columbia logo on labels and jacket indicating a copy that was legally imported for sale in north america. The top left front Columbia logo is not covered which means the sticker was probably carefully removed by a previous owner.
