This is a MOTOWN SPECIAL DISCO VERSION 12" PROMO COPY / DJ COPY with MARVIN GAYE on one side & DIANA ROSS on the other side, 12" vinyl 33 & 1/3RD RPM Single: MARVIN GAYE - I WANT YOU : VOCAL VERSION at 4:33 / INSTRUMENTAL VERSION at 4:36 - b/w - DIANA ROSS : LOVE HANGOVER at 7:49. Written by Pam Sawyer and M. McLeod. On MOTOWN RECORDS #PR - 16. This is a Promotion Copy / DJ Copy released to special radio stations and clubs. Pressed and released 1976. Contained in a plain white cardboard sleeve - one side has hand-written in pen "Diana Ross Disco - Love Hangover / Marvin Gaye Disco - I Want You". The other side is plain white with no writting or printing.
ATTENTION to interested bidders - I have had a number of people ask if this is the original and not a reprint - as far as I know, this is the original as I have had it since it was released. Also, on the trail-off / dead-wax it states on the Diana Ross side > PR-16-63770-S-06A - also, there's a triangle, and after the image of the triangle, the numbers 20658(1). On the Marvin Gaye side it states in trail-off/dead wax >PR-16 63624 -S/63658-S-O6A, also a mark of a triangle and right after the image of the triangle, the numbers 20657(1).
The vinyl is in Mint Condition - bright, shiny, no scratches. The label is in Mint Condition. The cover is in Near Mint/Mint Condition.
