This is the paper inner to the Garden Party picture disc by Marillion.

The vinyl would be pressed over the image and then cut to shape. Here you have a unique item of just the inner paper before it was pressed with vinyl.

These are extremely hard to find if at all and were never released commercially. These would have had to sneak their way out of the factory at some point.
