Rare Columbia Stereo press of Maria Callas performing French Operatic Arias. Featuring the French National Radio Orchestra conducted by Georges Pretre.

Condition / Grading  

The vinyl has been relatively lightly played and is pretty much unmarked when viewed beneath a strong light source. Both labels are Superb in appearance, no marks or writing, no scuffs or scratches or visible spindle marks around the holes. On play (I have played through in full), both sides are audibly excellent bordering near mint with just an occassional light dusty click or crackle. Please note that I have not deep cleaned or treated the vinyl in any way so I would expect if this was done then the sound reproduction could possibly be even better than I have stated.

The album cover is in beautiful shape, the glossy cover has virtually no wear to the front / corners and there is only 2 very small creases to the laminate. The spine is perfect as too is the opening - no feathering. The rear has some very minor age discolouration (see picture) but overall retains its bright whiteness - no tears, scuffs, writing or staining - terrific all round condition.  

Original Multi Company poly lined inner is in excellent condition.
