The maximum compensation that Royal Mail will pay out for uninsured lost or damaged overseas parcels is £20 per parcel. PACKING & SHIPPING. We professionally pack in custom-made heavy duty boxes - not a pizza box or one picked out of a supermarket trashpile - read our Feedback to see what real customers think about the quality of our packing! Multiple items are always combined, so the more you buy the cheaper the unit cost for shipping! We live in a remote rural community and only visit the Post Office once or twice a week, so parcels may take slightly longer to arrive.
