Description

Manfred Mann Chapter Three - Volume Two

Original UK Vertigo Swirl LP

To me this record is one of the finest releases on the vertigo label, A Jazz-rock monster the music is matched by the creepy cover artwork of dolls heads, it does not get much better than this. Please read the condition notes before you bid because this is not a perfect copy

Label: Vertigo

Country: UK

Year: 1970

Label ref: 6360 012

Matrix: 6360012 2Y//1 420 11 3 / 6360012 2Y//1 420 11 5

Stereo

Condition:

Record: This record has seen a lot of use and there is a tracery of light marks and scratches on both sides with a couple of more visible scuffs

I want to make it clear that they are quite visible and on appearance alone I would grade as GOOD to VG. That said the record plays very well, there is some background crackle, particularly in the quieter parts but id does not unduly impinge on the music

Cover: there is a small area of sticker damage and a score to the surface both at the top right (Photo). The spine is frayed at top and bottom but all text is readable Inside of cover fine VG+

The spiral inner sleeve is absent, I can replace this from one of my other records for a couple of pounds extra should the winning bidder request it

Tracks:

A1: Lady Ace,

A2: I Ain't Laughing,

A3: Poor Sad Sue,

A4: Jump Before You Think,

A5: It's Good To Be Alive,

B1: Happy Being Me,

B2: Virginia
