MANDY MORTON Magic Lady Banshee UK 1978 - ULTRA RARE

Here is the incredibly rare, and in stunning condition, Magic Lady by Mandy Morton. The original 1978 UK LP. Considered by many to be the best UK acid-folk album ever. Supposedly 1000 were pressed but it seems the actual number was really only in the few hundred. This ultra record also comes with the original hexagonal insert.
Some of you may have seen me previously auction this LP a few weeks ago on ebay. Well this is not the same one, that one has been delivered to one satisfied record collector (see my feedback but don't get confused with blue vinyl copy I also recently sold).
Vinyl: - NEAR MINT. (The vinyl is in as new condition. I am unable to spot a single blemish. Please note that I never grade a record as MINT even if it's new vinyl. Absolute top condition!)
Sleeve: - EX (On the front there is some slight creasing near the opening and very light ringwear in the bottom half only - both can be seen in the photo. The back has only one light crease in the bottom right hand corner. There are no spilts, no edgewear and the spine is crisp and fully readable)
Labels: - NEAR MINT. (Both labels are perfect and unmarked - they look as they did when new)

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
