MAN 2 Ozs Of Plastic With A Hole In The Middle (Dawn DNLS 3003) RARE UK 1st Pressing MINT-
RARE very first UK pressing of Man`s sophomore effort, "2 Ozs Of Plastic With A Hole In The Middle" on Dawn Records (September 1969). 
"Man spent the summer of 1969 ensconced in their communal terrace house in Streatham writing, rehearsing and ingesting artificial stimulants. 2 Ozs Of Plastic was once again recorded at Marble Arch Studios, this time in the main studio that was usually reserved for orchestras, although the desire to raid the sound effects cupboard had at least worn off. Regarded by many to be one of the best, if not the best, Man albums, the six months of writing and rehearsals had really allowed the band to forge their own sound. GRADING:
EX+ COVER. Very thin original first-pressing laminated gatefold sleeve with light allround wear. Please see photos for details.
- Original Unipak-style gatefold sleeve that has the opening edge within the gatefold inner.
- Small areas of laminate lift along the spine, front and back.
- Minor record imprint on rear sleeve only.
- Small corner tear on back cover (1 cm long; at bottom right).
- Small tear at top of spine (1 cm long; see detail photo).
- Also includes the original, plastic-lined inner sleeve in EX++ condition.

MINT- RECORD that looks practically unplayed. Perfect audio reproduction throughout. 
- Two or three very superficial hairlines from sleeve removal only.
- Original first-pressing dark orange Dawn Records labels with a single faint spindle line on each label.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "DNLS 3003 A-1 ?T STEREO" and "DNLS 3003 B-1 ?T STEREO", indicating a very first UK pressing.
- Mothers/Stampers: "I / 1" on Side One and "N / 1" on Side Two.
- This record is fully certified to be an original UK first pressing of "2 Ozs Of Plastic With A Hole In The Middle", released in September 1969.
