Description
Rare and sought after 2 LP’s Bach «Integrale des sonates pour violon et piano«. Performed by Paul Makanowitzky, violin and Noel Lee, piano. French 2 LP’s released by LUMEN Reference LD 3-437 and LD 3-438. Original early green labels. Enregistrement stereophonique. (One of the earliest French stereo recordings done in 1958)
Superlative performances and superbly engineered by André Charlin! Rewarded with the Grand Prix du Disque 1959.
The music on this LP sounds clean and transparent without any congestion or otherwise distortion.
The vinyl of record 3-437 in grey jacket is in general EX condition. However note! A small spot in band 1 of side two gives appr. 12 tics. A second spot in the beginning of side two gives appr. 20 tics. Another spot in band 2 of this side two gives appr. 12 tics.
Occasional soft scattered tics might occur especially in the beginnings of both sides. The vinyl itself is very silent. No groove-noise.
The jacket is EX+/NM-
The vinyl of record 3-438 in red jacket is in EX+/NM- condition. Very faint hairthin lines on side two do not sound. Jacket EX+
Both jackets have a red stereo sticker on backside.
