- All of our records are graded on the standard collectors' grading scale, often called the "Goldmine Standard". Main grading is for the vinyl condition, cover may be in better or worse condition per our individual item description. We make both visual and audio inspections of each item. Dale has been collecting and selling rare vinyl for over 30 years, specializing in Psychedelic, Acid Blues, Punk Rock, British Pop, and most other Rock genres. We also offer some Folk, Country and Jazz.

- We prefer Paypal, but offer alternatives. Your shipment may be delayed if you choose another payment method.
- Payment is appreciated within 3 business days of close of an auction, and preferably immediately on a Buy It Now transaction. If you are bidding on multiple items, please let us know via email so we don't invoice you until you're ready to pay. Please close and pay all auctions within a week.
-We offer a return policy as follows:
If you are not satisfied that the item is as described when you receive it, please repackage and return it to us for a full Paypal refund of your original purchase price, including shipping. Please email us immediately if you have an issue, and we will take care of it. We are dedicated to helping provide other collectors with great records on a fair and reasonable basis.
We will refund only if item is returned in the same condition as we sent it, and shipped within 5 business days of receipt.

We offer a variety of options through the postal service, worldwide. A postage calculator is on our auction pages. If the postal calculator amount seems too high, and/or if you are bidding on multiple items, please email us for the exact shipping amount. Please indicate which shipping method you prefer.
We recommend Media Mail in the US, and Airmail Letter Post elsewhere, for the least expensive method. For quicker service, you have your choice of shipping methods at checkout.
Shipping cost will reflect our 2.50 shipping and handling fee. We take very great care in the inspection, pricing and shipment of our orders. We really listen to our customers, too. If you have any suggestions or questions, please feel free to email us.

Insurance is optional, and not available with every shipping method. Please check with us if you desire insurance.
We pack very carefully to make sure you receive your records as beautifully as we shipped them, however, we do not accept responsibility for damage in transit. Each LP is placed outside its sleeve, packed in bubble wrap and an oversized heavy-gauge cardboard sleeve, taped securely and marked clearly for careful handling. No complaints so far!
