YEAR;  UK, 1976. CORNISH LEGEND MUSIC. CLMI 1250. MATRIX NUMBERS; CLM-I-A-1. CLM-I-B-1/etched ROCHE RULES. 1st and only pressing..

VINYL CONDITION; SIDE1 EX-. SIDE2 EX-. The vinyl looks in nice condition,minor non-feeable feint hairlines only.On play back you do get some surface noise in parts.

SLEEVE CONDITION;  VG. This original non laminated textured single sleeve is in nice condition,minor wear also staining which is mainly around the edges front and back,still rare and presentable.Please look at picture's.Very rare and such a brilliant album.Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Please note this is not a MINT album,but getting rarer and rarer to find,i have a near mint copy and this is my spare.You can listen to a track on "YOU TUBE",Living in Comfort, by a band called Ark.Brilliant Acid folk Fuzz guitar the lot.

I will grade any vinyl to the best of my ability and as fairly as possible and will try and mention any fault that is visible, if for any reason you feel the grading is wrong, you can return the item back to me (the same way that I posted it to you ) and I will give you a full refund. know problem.

Europe; (Airmail) . 1st class Air Mail £6.80. (Expensive albums will be sent by international signed for £5.30 extra which will be insured, £7.90 if you want added insurance/compensation with Royal Mail) and £1.50 for any extra L.P.

I use top quality record mailers, stiffeners and bubble wrap, and post items as quickly as I can so it arrives as soon as possible and in top condition.

I always grade my records under a very bright light which shows up all the minor faults, I will try to explain in the best way I can in my listings any small or minor fault on the vinyl, label's and sleeve.
