We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
TO OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS: We are happy to hold orders to save on shipping. Please pay your current invoice within five days of auctions ending and, if you request, we will hold your order and reflect a shipping discount for each additional order shipped together in the same parcel.

All five of the tracks, including the 14 minutes plus epic 'Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse' are worth hearing. Novak's voice will be an acquired taste for some folks, but his delivery fits the material well. Lead guitarist Roe is quite impressive, but most of the spotlight is on keyboardist Dahlgren who effortlessly manages to span the gauntlet from tasteful synthesizer passages ('Devil's Strumpet'), to Keith Emmerson-styled wall of organ overload.
