THE LABEL WAS AN OFF-SHOOT OF DELLWOOD RECORDS A NEW YORK LABEL, AND RUMOUR HAS IT THAT THE LABEL WAS CREATED AS A TAX LOSS SCAM. THE MUSICIANS IN THIS AMAZING SET WERE UNKNOWN.
