This has been in private collection since purchased.
Original US mono label and pressing variation, 'Side One' text printed to the right of label spindle hole,  and pressed by Allentown Record Co. Inc. as indicated by 'AL' in runout etchings. 
Differs from Love - Forever Changes which has 'Side One' text printed to the left of the label spindle hole,  and was pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute.
