IF YOU ARE A STICKLER, THIS COPY IS NOT FOR YOU. THE VINYL HAS SURFACE MARKS THAT WILL CAUSE SURFACE NOISE AND POPS & CLICKS TYPICAL WITH A GOOD+ GRADING.
I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME, especially cranked up. But you will hear surface noise typical with a Good+ grading.
This LP is getting harder to find as vinyl was being phased out in the mid to late 1980s for the CD age.Up for sale is one(1) Love And Rockets - Self Titled LP from 1989 on Beggars Banquet Records (#9715-1-R ). THIS IS A RARE PRESSING ON TRANSLUCENT VINYL! You can tell it is translucent when held up to a bright light.
Features the big hit "So Alive".
The Vinyl is in Good+ condition, but has visual surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Good+ grading. Even with a Good+ grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts.
Nice, fairly clean labels with spindle marks.
The cover is in Good+ condition, with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, fading, scrapes, crumples, creases, and ring wear. There no split seams.
This cover typically does not age well, but this one is in pretty decent shape.
Comes in a plain white inner sleeve.
I obtained this LP in the late 1980s. It was gently played many times back in the day. I haven't played this LP in many years. It has been in storage ever since.
