Packing: PLEASE SEE MY FEEDBACK DEMONSTRATING THE HIGH QUALITY OF THE PACKING BY MY WIFE Feedback: 100% Feedback. Bid with confidence. Record: In excellent condition. Nice and glossy with no scratches. Probably better than excellent, with excellent sound quality. Played using a high quality Linn hi-fi. Label: Black RCA. German copy. Cover: The cover is lovely with no bends, creases or writing. Spine sharp. As if this wasn’t enough it is also signed by Lou Reed, in my presence. Authenticity: I obtained the signature in person, outside the Town and Country Club in 1993, following the performance by The Velvet Underground. There were about 30 people waiting to get ‘stuff’ signed! We had to wait until about 2 o’clock in the morning before the band came outside. The tour manager asked us to line-up - very British! – I asked Lou to sign a couple of albums. History: “Berlin” was originally released in 1973 album and was Lou Reed’s third solo album, following “Transformer”. In 2003, the album was ranked number 344 on Rolling Stones list of the 500 greatest albums of all time, though the magazine had called the album a "disaster" 30 years prior! Postage: 1.
