LIVING DEAD - 'CHASING SHADOWS'/'DRUNKEN SONG'
This unique unreleased 8" EMIDISC acetate is by an unknown group called 'Living Dead'.
One side of the disc plays 'Chasing Shadows' (4.37) and the other 'Drunken Song' (4.33).
The 2-sided, 45rpm disc was recorded in 1969 at the 'M.D. Recording Studios', 19A Hanover Street in Newcastle.
Unfortunately we have no further knowledge of this band which as you can hear are similar in style to early Black Sabbath.
The disc comes in just a brown paper bag marked with the song titles.
You can listen to clips of both tracks recorded directly from the acetate on the players below:

CONDITION
Disc: VERY GOOD
The disc is clean with no cracked or missing lacquer.
Both sides show bear some light fingernail scuffs and minor storage blemishes, but nothing we would call a scratch.
As you can hear, both tracks play with some light background but without jumps, repeats or any other major faults.
