Description

Litestorm (Sai Sound Samitee, US 197?) Cover/Record: M- (in shrink wrap) Rare privately pressed lp out of Beverly Hills, California. Wow, this is one of the trippiest guru devotional lp's that I've hear in a long time! If the opening trackdoesn't get you from the start I don't know what will... with crazy synth keyboards, echoes and sound effects with the unnamed guru speaking about higher consciousness. The rest of the album actually sounds as if it were early Jefferson Airplane in disguise with mostly female vocals with 1967 sounding psych numbers and the guru occasionally chiming in with spoken visualizations. Reminds me quite a bit of the album Children Of One. No reserve. Good luck!
