Description
This is Riverside Records RLP 392, Listen To Barry Harris Solo Piano, an original deep groove, white label promo issue of this excellent session, autographed on the front "To Hans Thanks Barry Harris Aug 27, 2000". This is from the estate of my friend Hans Bruhner. The record is visually in VG++ condition showing almost no signs of wear. There are occasional pops audible while playing this extremely quiet record. The record was pressing with a slight, gradual, wave warp, not evident at first. The needle glides over the warp with no problem and no distortion of the music. The cover shows some age spots and light edge wear but is intact. The labels are excellent. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare recording with a bonus autograph.
