Rock legend Link Wray is best remembered for his instrumental "Rumble!" Following a number of side projects in the mid 60's, he recorded three independent albums at his father's farm in Maryland. This 1974 LP represents Link's return to mainstream record production under the Polydor label! Listeners will enjoy Wray reminiscing about his early career in "It Was a Bad Scene," paying tribute to Duane Allman in "I Got to Ramble," praising the simple country pastor in "Backwoods Preacher Man," and of course, ending with everyone's favorite "Rumble, re-recorded, and more!
