Description

An early Lightning Hopkins LP from the period before he was discovered by the 'folk' movement, this features Lightning on his own and at his best, accompanying himself on amplified guitar, and is an absolute classic. This LP was issued on the US Score label as SLP-4022 in 1958, and this particular copy still carries a Dobells import sticker! The vinyl has been well looked after and has no obvious marks or scratches. The sleeve, in common with those on many US 'race' labels of the period, is fairly worn.
