Record has been in my collection since release and barely played. No skips, minimal lite surface scratches and minimal surface noise if any. There is a weird hazy discoloration at the end of side A (see pictures). It causes a swooshing sound in the dead wax (no music), and only for about 4 seconds on the fadeout feedback loop of the song. It does not affect the rest of the song. The record came this way when I bought it originally in 2000.  I have strict standards for how records sound for myself on my hifi system, and I can assure you this is an excellent playing record overall.  Solid VG+ grade.
The sleeve is generic as originally released.
I am more than willing to provide soundbites if requested.
