Back Jacket Text

We are very happy to present to you our second album and we want to thank each of you for your kindness and your prayers.

We hope you will be blest with this album and we pray that as you listen to these songs you are reminded of our Savior that gave His life for us and through Him we will always have a bridge that crosses all trouble and strife.

We are all Christians and love to sing for the Lord. Our group, as pictured from left to right, consists of: the alto singer, Imogene Waters, the wife of Brent Waters and sister to James Shannon, the tenor singer and lead guitar player; Delon Waters sings lead and plays rhythm guitar; his uncle Brent Waters sings bass and plays bass guitar.

We are happy to have with us two other boys helping us out. Pictured on the bottom row is a very good friend, James Conaster who plays the banjo and Coy Shannon a brother to Imogene and James, plays the mandolin.

Most of the group originated from Sunbright, Tennessee, with the exception of Brent and Delon Waters, who come from Stearns, Kentucky.

May God bless each of you.

Sincerely,
The Life Boat Quartet
