Capitol HI-"Q" Production Music

This 12" library LP was produced by the prolific Capitol library label in the mid to late 1950s, and it was then distributed to TV and film production companies for use as background music.  This LP is from the earlier Capitol HI-"Q" series.   

Here is another rare LP from this series filled with 1950s cartoon and TV music.  The entire album is full of zany comedy and light activity backgrounds that were used extensively in shows like Gumby, Davey & Goliath, and many Hanna-Barbera and Warner Brothers cartoon shows.  Early 1950s/1960s sitcoms like Leave It to Beaver. the Munsters, and Father Knows Best used these tracks as well.  Tracks include Light Legato, Light Movement, Comedy Mysterioso and Metropolitan.  (Listen below to a low bitrate sample.)  LP itself is conservatively graded at VG+ condition.  Cover is a generic white studio cover in VG+ condition.
