'LES BEATLES 1965'
1965 FRENCH 1st PRESS MONO LP
This extremely rare original 1st pressing of the French version of 'Beatles For Sale' is on the orange Odeon label: OSX 228
House in its superb thick card gatefold sleeve with die-cut front panel with colour laminated card insert.
Complete with its original plain white inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT
Visual: VERY GOOD
Both surfaces are clean bright but do bear some noticeable surface marks and the occaisional light scratch. However none of these are deep or 'feeleable'.
Play: VERY GOOD +
The sound is quality of this LP is surprisingly warm & clear and sounds comparable, if not better than the UK pressing. Apart from some minor groovewear on the final two inner tracks on each side, there are no clicks, jumps repeats or any other significant or major audible faults.
Cover
GOOD
This rare example is 100% complete but displays significant storage and handling wear. The front & rear panels have some wear to the edges & some indentation lines, and the inside of the gatefold has some foxing/age marks but no writing or missing paper. There is 7cm split to the upper section of the spine and only partial wording remains.
Insert
EXCELLENT
Bright & clean with just a few light indentation lines but otherwise uncreased & undamaged.
