Description
From Japan, this is JCOA Records PA-7134, Leroy Jenkins For Players Only, a stereo, Japanese facsimile re-issue of this rare and obscure free jazz piece from 1975, featuring a veritable who's who of 2nd generation avant garde musicians, enumerated on the cover, in extended improvisation. The record, cover and Japanese language insert are in near mint condition showing almost no signs of use. The gold colored obi (not pictured, and stored in the sleeve) is creased on the bottom, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are perfect. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be offering in the next few months.
