Lemon Tree - It's So Nice To Come Home / Come On Girl (Parlophone UK 1968) Demo VG+ in company bag.
Here's one that very rarely shows up for sale, unlike their debut "William Chaulker's Time Machine". Great toytown pop A side that saw comp action on The British Psychedelic Trip Volume 2, but the cool mod pop B side remains largely unknown and only available on this 45. A Few light marks and some biro on the label, othwise a decent playing copy.

Grading
M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.
EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound
VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.
VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.
