Description

Here's a rare rockabilly single by Leigh Howell and the Uniques: "Moving Too Slow" b/w "Listen to My Heart" on the Stretch label (5000). The A side's been comped on the Buffalo Bop series.

The vinyl's only in G condition and if this wasn't so hard to find I'd toss rather than list it due to a chip along the side (see our photos) and a half-inch crack. Not to mention plenty of scuffing and a few scratches. The good news: the chip is only marginal and there's still space to put the needle down before the songs start. The crack causes a loud pop for maybe the first 20 seconds of each song but didn't cause a skip on my machine (your results may vary). Each side plays loud with no distortion, but with background noise. Still an enjoyable spin. In better condition this is a $350+ record, and even a "pretty severely warped" copy went for $180 a few years back, which is the cheapest price on record - until now.
