Leftfield - Leftism Album Vinyl 12" Rare 3-LP HANDLP2T. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
This is the very rare first pressing triple vinyl rather than the usual double vinyl version of Leftism by Leftfield.
Sleeve quality I would describe as Record Collector magazine standard VG+ but with an extra plus: there is no doubt this is a 27 year old record but it’s survived incredibly well - a tiny bit of ring wear front and back and a small bit of spine wear mid-spine which I guess is the equivalent of the ring wear of 3 LPs over all those years.
Record quality is wavering somewhere above excellent and somewhere below near mint. I bought this record in 1995 but never DJ’d or similar with it as I was rapidly moving to CDs. So, I think the discs have maybe been played twice maximum since virgin (apart from play testing below).
I have cleaned all three records with pro-quality cleaner and I play-tested 1 track per side. Whilst there is the usual run-in groove noise that is so common with vinyl from the 1990s onwards, the tracks themselves and gaps between are near-silent.
I do have to say one thing: I play tested this through a pretty new Pro-Ject Carbon turntable, Rega amp, and Q Acoustic speakers and whilst these discs are clearly not 180gsm, the pressing is amazing - the bass response is incredible.
These records have been in replacement non-scratch sleeves for about 20 years but I have kept two of the original plain paper sleeves which will be included.
