Lee Morgan, "Vol. 3", Mono. Blue Note BLP 1557 Featuring: Lee Morgan - trumpet, Gigi Gryce - alto sax, Benny Golson - tenor sax, Wynton Kelly - piano, Paul Chambers - bass, Charlie Persip - drums.
COVER: VG+ Solid seams and spine. No splits. Minor lamination flake at open end. Minor paper loss at upper left and bottom right corners. Very nice cover overall.
RECORD: VG+ Original deep grooved , hand etched RVG "Ear" pressing on the West 63rd (no "INC") labels of Blue Note 1557. Minor hairlines, sleeve marks. Strong fidelity and volume. Small nick at end of B2 and again after beginning of B3. These produce a moderate tic for aprox. 1 minute and 20 seconds combined. Otherwise record plays very clean. Excellent copy of this rare Blue Note title.
