Description

Led Zeppelin Remasters gatefold triple LP

This is the first vinyl pressing of this remastered collection from 1990, pressed at Alsdorf in Germany and owned from new. Matrices A2, B2. C2, D2, E2, F2.

CONDITION

I use the RC grading categories and have play graded the vinyl on a Linn LP12.

Sleeve: VG+

There is a little pitting on the front cover but the inner photo pages of the g/f are glossy and clean. There are no tears or splits and no writing on the sleeve or labels. The print on the spine is clear but a crease mark runs along it from opening up the gatefold. There is some corner and edge wear.

Vinyl: Excellent

The overall sound is excellent with just a few isolated light clicks. There is no distortion or crackle or repeat clicks. The record is quiet between tracks. There are few spindle marks on the labels and no obvious scratches on the disc. There are no sticks, jumps or warps. There are a couple of pressing flaws visible in the vinyl but these do not seem to affect the sound.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

The record will be packed in a record mailer with stiffener and posted 2nd class. I remove all records from outer and printed inner sleeves before packing to avoid damage to covers during transit. All vinyl is dispatched in polythene sleeves.

This is one of several albums that I am selling from my personal collection (see my other listings). I am not a dealer but have been buying records for over 40 years and have decided to begin ‘downsizing’ my collection. I will be listing many more records over the coming months, dating from the 1960s to the present day.
