This is the 5th discovered sealed promotional Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti WMET album know to exist.

The album is still sealed, the outer sleeve is extremely flat, and the corners are very nice as well. See pics.

The seal is in excellent condition. There is one slight opening at the top center (approximately 1 inch) that can be seen  from the front, top, and back. There are three very small opening on the back (1/4 inch or less). See pics. 

This album is much more rare than a turquoise Led Zeppelin I or The Beatles Butcher Block album. The reality is that you can buy one of those records pretty much any given day. However, on the other hand, WMET has sold as follows... one sold in 2010, one in 2014 (not sealed), two in 2015, and one in 2017!

You can rest assured this is a real authentic genuine pressing. As an fyi...here is a some info from a popular site...

• Radio promo created specifically for Chicago radio WMET Studio in fact comes with an exclusive insert with the four letters in the top windows were the call letters of "WMET" (a long defunct Chicago rock radio station which did not start until December 1st 1976 and has been gone since early/mid 1980's) visible through windows of the album cover. While all of the images in the front windows on this copy are different to the released version, in every other aspect it is identical to an original first pressing of Physical Graffiti. 

• Original Specialty Pressing, denoted by label matrix suffix (SP) - Pressed at Specialty Records Corp., Olyphant, PA 

• Top load, die-cut sleeve. 

• Swan Song SS 2-200 1198 written in red on spine. 

• All tracks mixed at Olympic Studios, except B1, mixed at Electric Ladyland."
