VALUE TO INCREASE!!!
Up for sale is Classic Records' founder Michael Hobson’s PERSONAL COPY of Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti. This is likely the best-sounding copy of this album in any format currently available on the market.
HERE’S WHY...
Classic Records is one of the most revered audiophile reissue labels in history. The label used only the original analogue master tapes to create the best-sounding editions of the music, regardless of genre or style. All records reissued on Classic are valuable and rare on the market.
Hobson personally kept 5 copies of each album pressed when the stamper was at its peak moment during the pressing process, or the "sweet spot" of perfect sound reproduction. The records in his collection are the best copies in the Classic Records catalogue. This copy of Physical Graffiti is numbered 5 of 5 and is expected to increase in value.
An enclosed certificate of authenticity signed by Hobson (see photo to read in full) attests to his reputation as an audiophile obsessed with quality and sound control.
I have also included a photo of the original ebay advertisement for this record when I won the auction. The seller is called testpressings, which began auctioning the Classic Records archive by special arrangement with Hobson in October 2017.
This is your opportunity to own a piece of Classic Records history and a truly exceptional pressing of Led Zeppelin's grandest album -- cut straight from the master tapes and hand-selected by Michael Hobson.

ALBUM REVIEW from Allmusic.com: Led Zeppelin returned from a nearly two-year hiatus in 1975 with the double-album Physical Graffiti, their most sprawling and ambitious work. Where Led Zeppelin IV and Houses of the Holy integrated influences on each song, the majority of the tracks on Physical Graffiti are individual stylistic workouts. It takes a while to sort out all of the music on the album, but Physical Graffiti captures the whole experience of Led Zeppelin at the top of their game better than any of their other albums.
