Led Zeppelin ' Persistence' double lp live Roon Dog Records near mint

'Unofficial' recording of a live set from San Francisco in 1973. Not sure of the release date but some where in the 90's.

Unique cover is VG+ - handling nicks to the edge -( see picture). Some minor wear to very flimsy card.  Labels are mint. Inners are mint. Vinyl is near mint - probably played once
