I would say the record is G+ (actually, I think it is more on the VG side, but want to play safe so gave it a conservative grade) and the sleeve VG (as you see on one of the pictures, the bottom of the sleeve is unglued, there is no tears, so easy to fix) based on the Record Collector's Guild grading on their website. The record show some signs of wear and have scuffs and light scratches, so there is some surface noise and "pop corn" noise, especially in quiet moments, but at no time it skips and plays great overall. I can provide to serious potential buyers the original pictures to look at them in your favorite picture viewer (available in .jpg and .nef (the Nikon RAW file format)). I also ripped the record in 2 high quality .aif files (side 1 and side 2) and they are available on demand to hear the quality of the record (no editing was made, so you will hear all the imperfections).
