Description
Up for auction is a used LP / Record. I bought this record at a used record store about 8 (or so) years ago and have played it twice maybe three times. The album is Led Zeppelin "Mudslide" on Trade Mark Of Quality records. I am not a record expert on gradeing so please ask any questions (if any) and I'll try my best to explain anything.
The cover is in great shape but has a stain on the right hand side of the front cover, the back cover is cleaner with only a small stain-ish color on the left hand side of the back cover. The cover has no splits but has a slight bend in the lower right corner (front). The cover seems to be a cream color (but could have been white when new) and the words "Led Zeppelin Mudslide" are in a purple ink stamp with a gold foil sticker on the front cover of the Trade Mark of Quality pig logo. The insert sheet is not attached to the cover so it is in really good condition. It has TMQ 71041 as the matrix number (even though the vinyl has a different number etched in the run off groove of "LZ-112"). The insert sheet also states in the lower left hand corner "coverdesignbywizardoproductions". I will include a clear plastic record sleeve to protect the cover.
The vinyl plays, sounds and looks great. The vinyl is a transparent green color but the odd thing about the vinyl is it has something trapped in the vinyl (you can see little bits of stuff inside the vinyl) ... this does not affect the playablity (or sound) of the album. I would say the vinyl is a near-mint to mint- condition as the record labels show some wear.
