I won't bore you with a long article on who MFSL was and why their stuff was so wonderful. If you pulled up this listing you already know that story, and you know all about this rare item.
I bought this LP new when MFSL released it. It was only played a few times on my Luxman audiophile turntable. I wore out the old original in college, and boy was I glad to see this reissue come out years later. Headphones (and perhaps some additional "enhancing substance") are a must if you want to enjoy this one the way the way we did back in the Woodstock era. OK, today, maybe a glass of bourbon will do.
The outside cover is in EXCELLENT condition with only a few tiny marks here and there. No rips or tears. The inside cover is MINT.
The record is mint.
Look at the two photos I show that have everything grouped for display. That is the actual stuff in this listing.
I can't do flat rate shipping for this item because Ebay limits shipping for records to $4.00. That may be plenty for ordinary LPs, but something like this requires a whole lotta loving care and insurance. I will only ship US Priority, with tracking, and will pack carefully. The actual domestic postage should be just under $5.00. The record shipping carton costs me $2.00 (that's the "handling", plus $3 for insurance). Would you want anything less if you win this gem??
