Description
Cool Cat Records is pleased to offer up for auction this fantastic original 6 LP vinyl box set, Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin, remastered and produced by Jimmy Page himself and complete with booklet, first released in 1990.
Overall condition is VG+
The outer box is strong VG+, completely intact with some minor corner and edge wear (see photos) The inner box is also in VG+ condition with only some very minor foxing/staining (see photos)
The 6 vinyl LPs are in strong VG+ condition. There are one or two hairlines/marks visible (I have photographed the worst of these) which have no significant effect on playback. Playback in general is a strong VG+, probably closer to Ex with only occasional soft crackle audible.
The booklet is a strong VG+ with only minimal corner and edge wear.
There is also a 4 panel, double-sided poster featuring all the members of Led Zeppelin included which I'm sure was not originally part of this box set but which will be included as an added bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for Led Zeppelin fans to own this fabulous original 6 LP vinyl box set with tracks remastered by Jimmy Page and featuring previously unreleased (on LP) tracks.
Delivery within the UK will be by Royal Mail, 2nd class signed-for postage: shipping outside the UK will be via eBay's Global Shipping Programme.
For reference purposes: all records supplied by Cool Cat Records, with the exception of new and sealed items, are test played on a vintage Dual CS 505-3 turntable fitted with an Ortofon 20 cartridge tracking at 1.5g.
Please note: all records supplied by Cool Cat Records, with the exception of new and sealed items, are cleaned before dispatch using a Project VC-E record vacuum. All records supplied by Cool Cat Records are also invisibly security marked for the protection of both buyer and seller.
